If something isnโ€™t right, eligible items can be returned through our online portal.

Eligibility

To be accepted, your return must meet all of the following:

  • The item is full-priced
  • Your return is submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • The item is unworn, unwashed and unmarked

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are final sale and canโ€™t be returned.

This includes:

  • Items discounted more than 10%
  • Clearance and markdown pieces

Return Shipping

Customers cover the cost of return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service so your parcel arrives safely.
Cubby isnโ€™t responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds go back to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind:

  • Shipping costs arenโ€™t refundable
  • Some international duties/fees canโ€™t be recovered
  • Banks may take up to 10 business days to finalise the refund

Store Credit

You can choose store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit is issued once your return is approved and can be used anytime.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, start a request through the portal and include clear photos.

If confirmed faulty:

  • Youโ€™ll receive a full refund
  • Weโ€™ll cover the return postage

Wear, washing damage, misuse or general wear-and-tear isnโ€™t considered a manufacturing fault.

No Exchanges

We donโ€™t offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please place a new order once your refund or store credit is processed.
